Registration (first time only)
First, you must register as a user (first time only).
When doing so, select the basic charge pricing plan.

Basic charge payment
Hold the registered user card (an IC card that supports Felica, such as ICOCA and Hareca, or a dedicated card) against the IC card reader on the cycle port machine to display the basic charge on the touch panel. Please pay the basic charge.
Renting a bicycle
Next, hold the user card against the IC card reader on the bicycle docking device to unlock the front wheel and allow you to remove and use the bicycle.
Returning a bicycle
Push the bicycle onto the docking device after use to lock the front wheel and complete the task of returning the bicycle.
Additional charge payment
After returning the bicycle, hold the user card against the IC card reader on the cycle port machine to display any additional charge on the touch panel. Please pay any additional charge.
